SHAKE

I’m no alcoholic but you wouldn’t think that if you saw my bottle collection.  I love to try new flavors – whipped cream vodka, pumpkin pie cream liqueur, caramel Bailey’s…even the bacon flavored vodka intrigues me though I haven’t tried that yet.  I’m thinking it might be fun to mix with some kind of chocolate liqueur, cream and a splash of maple syrup??  Anyway, I like to mix stuff up so I’ll be sharing some of my favorite cocktail recipes.

BAKE

For a while I worked as a cake decorator at a grocery store bakery.  Nothing fancy but I know my way around a cupcake.  I’ve also discovered that I really enjoy making decorated sugar cookies (except for the part where I am bending over my dining room table to ice them…damn this being so tall!)  I’m not great at it yet, but I am improving and I wanted to share my adventures in decorating with those of you who care.

and PARTY!

I’m a theme party nerd.  I love picking a theme and planning out every last detail.  Decorations, favors, food recipes, drink recipes, playlists… Unfortunately I’m at the stage in life where most of my friends are working on baby #2, so there aren’t so many party opportunities that don’t involve toddlers but I still have ideas!  They just come to life on my Pinterest board instead of in my house.  Now they can also come to life on my blog!
